A huge IA/UX project to restructure thousands of records, for the site’s 15 million users.


By adopting a user-centred design approach, it was identified that the audience wanted to do one of two things - explore or set records, which informed the UX.


Next up was to re-organise the records by re-working the previous 15 categories to a more palatable four, making is easier for the user to quickly get to the records they want to check out.
